Our stay provided amazing hospitality from the cute staff. They ensured everything was set up perfectly before our arrival. The room was beautiful and uniquely decorated. It included two bathrooms, a great feature for a couple. We enjoyed great service in the restaurant with the best fish and chips ever. This hotel provided a nice experience.
The hotel lacked Nespresso machines in rooms. It offered instant filter coffee. the tea selection was insufficient. I expected more from this type of hotel.

The staff displayed very nice kindness offering ginger ale upon my arrival. Joseph assisted my father in locating a pharmacy adding a personal touch. The gin tasting experience was really good all thanks to Francisco's expertise. Each staff member went beyond expectations making my experience lovely.

the scaffolding on the building was a slight disappointment.

the hotel was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the tube. amenities like robes and water were available in the room. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. room 702 was particularly quiet, which i appreciated after a long day.
i found some fixtures looked a bit dated, like tasseled curtains.

The service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. i found the location quite convenient for exploring nearby shops and restaurants. the check-in and check-out processes were quick and easy. The staff paid great attention to detail. anything i needed was promptly addressed, and the professionalism displayed by the staff was notable!
The decor looked somewhat dated, with certain fixtures that looked like they needed updating. tasseled curtains seemed out of place. This affected the overall feel. i felt the need for refurbishment, though the hotel was well kept otherwise.
